Latest updates:
- ↔️ Rashee Rice: Rice hasn't moved in our latest rankings, but he is notable because his suspension is now reportedly set at six games. In some ways, it's a best-case scenario for his fantasy prospects - at least when you consider that a 10-game suspension was reportedly sought by the NFL. Rice will miss a significant chunk of the year and become a dead roster spot that many fantasy managers won't want to deal with, but his missed games will largely come before bye weeks begin and injuries pile up - in other words, when Rice is easiest to replace in a fantasy lineup. And we now have a guarantee that Rice will be back in plenty of time before the fantasy playoffs.
- ⬆️ Amari Cooper, ⬇️ Jakobi Meyers: Cooper enters our WR rankings following his signing with the Raiders, and Meyers takes a slight fall due to his reported trade request - though a move out of Vegas appears unlikely.
- ⬆️ Ricky Pearsall, ⬇️ Brandon Aiyuk, ⬇️ Jauan Jennings: There's no reason why Pearsall shouldn't the the first 49ers wide receiver off the board in your fantasy league at this point. The 2024 first-rounder shined in preseason Week 2 and, most importantly, is healthy. The same can't be said for the other two. Aiyuk still isn't practicing and is potentially out until Week 6. Jennings is dealing with a calf injury and his status for Week 1 looks to be in jeopardy. Pearsall's ceiling is the highest of the trio.
