Report: Packers' Kraft feared to have torn ACL
Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft is feared to have suffered a torn ACL during Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Carolina Panthers, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Head coach Matt LaFleur didn't confirm the prognosis postgame but said the outlook "does not look good."
Kraft was carted to the locker room and didn't return. He caught three passes for 20 yards before leaving the matchup.
Kraft entered Sunday as one of football's hottest tight ends, having collected 469 yards and six touchdowns on 30 receptions this year. He posted a monster performance on Sunday Night Football last week with 143 yards and two TDs.
Luke Musgrave will presumably step up as TE1 for Green Bay with Kraft sidelined. Musgrave, the Packers' second-round pick in 2023, has caught nine passes this season, including three against the Panthers.
