Pacheco to return for Thanksgiving game vs. Cowboys
Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco will play Thursday in the team's Thanksgiving matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, head coach Andy Reid told reporters Tuesday, according to ESPN's Nate Taylor.
Pacheco has missed the last three games due to a knee injury. He suited up during every practice last week but was ruled out ahead of Kansas City's win over the Indianapolis Colts.
The 26-year-old has recorded 78 carries for 329 rushing yards with two total touchdowns in eight contests this season. In Pacheco's absence, Reid relied heavily on Kareem Hunt, who played 76.3% of the team's snaps over the last three games and produced 104 rushing yards on 30 carries against the Colts.
Kansas City (6-5) moved above .500 with its Week 12 victory but remains outside the playoff picture heading into Thursday's game.
