Baltimore Ravens defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike underwent neck surgery last week, and doctors believe he should be able to play in 2026, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Madubuike suffered a career-threatening neck injury in Week 2 of the 2025 campaign that left his playing future uncertain.

The 28-year-old has been a force for the Ravens' defensive front when healthy, recording 19.5 sacks and 50 quarterback hits across 2023 and 2024 to earn two Pro Bowl nods.

Baltimore drafted Madubuike in the third round in 2020. He's registered 30 sacks and 69 quarterback hits since entering the league.
