The Chicago Bears have multiple tributes planned for late Hall of Famer Mike Ditka during Thursday's home game against the New England Patriots, including handing out fake mustaches that resemble Ditka's signature look.

The Bears announced that those attending Thursday night's game at Soldier Field will receive a Ditka mustache, according to James Neveau of NBC 5 Chicago. The first 10,000 fans to enter the stadium will also receive a Bears knit headband inspired by Ditka's iconic sweater vest.

The game will also feature a moment of silence for Ditka, who died Oct. 9 at the age of 86. The Bears will wave Ditka-inspired flags before the start of the contest as well.

Additionally, there will be a memorial honoring Ditka in Soldier Field's south courtyard that features memorabilia from his playing and coaching career with Chicago.

Ditka, an icon in the city of Chicago, began his playing career with the Bears before transitioning into coaching and leading the team to its only Super Bowl victory during the 1985 season.

Bears players will also don No. 89 - Ditka's jersey number - patches on their uniforms for the remainder of the season.

Thursday's game is the Bears' first home bout since Ditka's passing.
