Seahawks' fans plan to fly 12th-Man banner over Candlestick Park Sunday
Sunday's game in San Francisco will mark the Seattle Seahawks' final regular-season game at Candlestick Park (Seattle could play a playoff game there if everything goes the 49ers way the rest of the season) as the 49ers will move to Levi's Stadium next season.
Seahawks' fans would like to say goodbye to the stadium in style, and it appears as if they've found a way. A group of 100 fans put together over $1,800 to fly a banner that says "GO HAWKS-12" over Candlestick Park for 15 minutes, per a report from CSN Bay Area.
The banner is expected to fly over the stadium about 10 minutes before kickoff. However, it's possible that if conditions are foggy, the pilot may decide not to fly the plane.
