Report: Jets 'very intrigued' by former Florida State WR Kelvin Benjamin

After finishing 31st in the NFL last season with 2,932 passing yards, upgrading the air attack was clearly a top priority for the New York Jets this offseason. Michael Vick was signed to help push and compete with second-year quarterback Geno Smith and wideouts Eric Decker and Jacoby Ford were both brought on board to help stretch the field.

Even with those additions, the Jets may have their eye on another piece to fix their beleaguered passing offense.

The Jets hold the 18th pick in May's draft, which could put them in position to select the talented wide receiver, or even trade down to do so; Benjamin is ranked as the sixth best receiver and the 32nd prospect overall by CBS Sports.

Benjamin was a key part of the Seminoles title winning team in 2013, finishing second to Rashad Greene on the team with 54 catches for 1,011 yards while his 15 touchdowns were tied for the third most in the nation.
