Mike Pouncey jokes about 'gifts' draftee Ja'Wuan James will bring Dolphins players

After spending the better part of the last six months embroiled in a bullying scandal, you would think Miami Dolphins players learned their lesson about hazing. 

But shortly after the Dolphins selected offensive tackle Ja'Wuan James with pick No. 19, Miami center Mike Pouncey sent out this tweet:

Pouncey's ill-advised joke didn't go over very well, prompting some - like Hall of Fame defensive tackle Warren Sapp - to weigh in on the matter:

Pouncey was named in a report by investigator Ted Wells as one of the players responsible for the harassment that led to Jonathan Martin's departure from the team.

According to the Miami Herald, Pouncey must undergo a mental health evaluation before returning to action.
