There's a good chance the New England Patriots will have tight end Rob Gronkowski back when they open their regular season against the Miami Dolphins.
Gronkowski continues to recover from the torn ACL that cut short his 2013 campaign, and according to Paul Perillo of Patriots.com, "all signs point toward" him being ready to play in Week 1.
Optimism aside, Perillo questions whether Gronkowski will be able to withstand the rigors of a 16-game season, having missed nine games last season.
The 25-year-old's last full season came in 2011, when he caught 90 passes for 1,327 yards and 17 touchdowns.
