St. Louis Rams running back Zac Stacy left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a calf injury and is doubtful to return.
The Rams' feature back, Stacy tallied 42 yards on 11 carries before being forced from the game and would make for a big loss should he be forced to miss any significant time.
