Peyton Manning ties record for most career Pro Bowl selections

Peyton Manning tied another NFL record Tuesday, and he didn't even have to suit up. 

Manning was named to his 14th career Pro Bowl, tying Tony Gonzalez, Merlin Olsen and Bruce Matthews for the most career selections. 

The league's reigning MVP has thrown for 39 touchdowns against 15 interceptions. 

Manning avoided playing in last year's game with the Denver Broncos appearing in the Super Bowl and losing 43-8 to the Seattle Seahawks.
