Missouri defensive end Shane Ray declares for NFL draft

Missouri defensive end Shane Ray will forgo his senior season and declare for the 2015 NFL Draft, the school announced Wednesday.
A consensus All-American and the SEC's reigning Defensive Player of the Year, Ray led the SEC in sacks (14.5) and tackles for a loss (22.5).
He is projected to be drafted in the early-to-mid portion of the first round.
