The Oakland Raiders have signed veteran safety Charles Woodson to a one-year contract extension, the team announced Monday.
Despite turning 38 in October, Woodson's high-level play throughout the 2014 season demonstrated that he still has plenty left to offer.
The future Hall of Famer finished the year with a team-leading 112 tackles and four interceptions and will remain a key part of the Raiders' defense heading into his 18th NFL season.
