Seahawks' Marshawn Lynch won't be fined for Super Bowl media appearances

He was there, and now he won't get fined.

Although Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch did everything but answer questions throughout his Super Bowl week media appearances, his presence alone seems to have been enough to help him avoid league discipline.

Lynch complied with all scheduled media obligations and will not receive a fine for his actions, the league said Wednesday.

The Seahawks' star running back set a timer on his phone at each appearance, making his exit immediately after reaching his required five minutes at the podium.
