Report: Lions re-sign Rashean Mathis to 2-year deal

Veteran cornerback Rashean Mathis is returning to the Detroit Lions on a two-year, $3.5-million deal, according to Pro Football Talk.
Mathis joined the Lions in 2013 after 10 seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He started all 16 games for Detroit last season, recording 51 tackles and one interception, which he returned 41 yards for a touchdown.
The 34-year-old has 616 tackles, one sack, seven forced fumbles and 31 interceptions in 168 career games.
