While the top free agents have long been signed, there are still some players available that can add depth to a roster.

One such player is receiver Jerrel Jernigan, who recently worked out for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network

Jernigan is an intriguing option. He showed flashes of brilliance at the end of the 2013 season, filling in for an injured Victor Cruz. Jernigan pulled in 19 catches and a pair of touchdowns in three starts.

His 2014 campaign was limited to only two games after a foot sprain.

With Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans firmly entrenched as starters for the Bucs, Jernigan could bring plenty of upside working out of the slot if Tampa opts to sign him.
