Former NFL wide receiver Braylon Edwards was arrested for an "extreme DUI" in Scottsdale, Ariz., early last week, according to TMZ.

Edwards' blood-alcohol level reportedly exceeded .20 when he was pulled over by police, more than twice the legal limit.

A 2005 first-round draft selection of the Cleveland Browns, Edwards last appeared in an NFL game during the 2012 season, which he spent splitting time between the Seattle Seahawks and New York Jets.
