Ravens' Osemele active vs. Chargers; Monroe out

Baltimore Ravens left guard Kelechi Osemele is active for Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers despite being listed as questionable with a knee injury.
As expected, left tackle Eugene Monroe is inactive. He was deemed doubtful after a shoulder ailment kept him out of practice throughout the week.
James Hurst will start for the third time this season in his absence.
Safety Terrance Brooks is a surprise inactive after being listed as probable with a thumb issue.
Rounding out Baltimore's game-day inactives are WR Jeremy Butler, WR Breshad Perriman, CB Tray Walker, OL De'Ondre Wesley, and DT Kapron Lewis-Moore.
