Report: Odell Beckham supplied headphones that led to teammate's fight, release
New York Giants wideout Odell Beckham Jr.'s generosity inadvertently led to a fight between teammates and a defender losing his job, Jordan Raanan of NJ.com reports.
Beckham apparently intended to give each of his teammates a pair of Beats by Dre headphones as a holiday gift.
Based on a photo posted to Twitter (since deleted) by defensive tackle Louis Nix, who is on the Giants' practice squad, it appears every player on the roster was supposed to get headphones customized with his jersey number.
Defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins reportedly took multiple pairs of headphones to give to his daughters, and defensive end Damontre Moore took offense.
Moore and Jenkins then reportedly got into a fight that resulted in Moore being waived by the team Friday.
