Beast Mode is back.
Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch rejoined his teammates after rehabbing from an abdominal injury as a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
An official determination on his playing status likely won't be made until later in the week, but the five-time Pro Bowler appears set to make his long-awaited return for Sunday's wild-card matchup with the Minnesota Vikings.
Seattle enters the postseason with as much momentum as any other team, and Lynch's presence will go a long way toward helping the club's chances of earning a third consecutive Super Bowl appearance.
Barring any sort of limitations stemming from the injury, he should immediately regain his role as Seattle's every-down back.
Offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell said Lynch will see his usual workload of 20-to-25 carries if he's active for the game, according to Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times.
The 29-year-old appeared in seven games and recorded 417 rushing yards and three touchdowns before being forced to undergo surgery.
