Brandon Marshall is voicing his support for Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Asked about rumors suggesting Colin Kaepernick may hope to sign with the New York Jets, the star wide receiver admitted he was opposed to the idea.
"I don't want Kaepernick," Marshall said Tuesday in an appearance on ESPN's "First Take."
"I think he's good," he quickly clarified. "My guy's Fitz. It's nothing against Kaepernick."
Marshall was the top receiver throughout his first year in New York, hauling in 109 receptions for 1,502 yards and 14 touchdowns.
The connection between the two went a long way toward Fitzpatrick putting together the most productive season of his career, all but ensuring he'll get an opportunity to return as the starter in 2016.
