Geno is back.
Pittsburgh Penguins superstar Evgeni Malkin made his season debut Tuesday against the Anaheim Ducks, as the team announced he would hours before the game.
The 35-year-old center underwent knee surgery in June.
Malkin practiced on a line between Kasperi Kapanen and Jeff Carter on Monday, and that trio skated together as the Penguins' second line Tuesday.
The 2012 Hart Trophy winner recorded 28 points in 33 games last season.
