Panthers' Rodrigues out for Game 5 after Ekman-Larsson hit
Florida Panthers forward Evan Rodrigues is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury and won't play in Wednesday's Game 5 versus the Toronto Maple Leafs, head coach Paul Maurice confirmed, according to TSN's Chris Johnston.
Rodrigues exited Game 4 and didn't return after a hit by Leafs defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson in the third period. Officials initially assessed Ekman-Larsson a major for interference but reduced it to a minor penalty after review.
