Dallas Stars forward Mikko Rantanen will miss a minimum of two weeks with the lower-body injury he suffered at the Olympics, head coach Glen Gulutzan told reporters Tuesday, including the Dallas News' Lia Assimakopoulos.
While Rantanen could miss more than two weeks, Gulutzan did confirm he'll be back before the end of the season.
Rantanen didn't suit up in Finland's bronze-medal game victory over Slovakia. He notched two goals and four assists in five contests in the tournament.
The 29-year-old leads the Stars with 69 points in 54 games this campaign.
