GIF: Devils' Brodeur overly excited against Senators

After the Columbus Blue Jackets were victorious Wednesday night, the New Jersey Devils were eliminated from playoff contention, missing out on the postseason for the second year in a row and the third time in four years.
Despite the fact New Jersey is out of it, Devils head coach Peter DeBoer gave Cory Schneider the nod in net for the fifth straight game. Martin Brodeur - not accustomed to sitting on the bench prior to this season - doesn't exactly look thrilled to be watching Thursday's game against the Ottawa Senators.

With two home games remaining on New Jersey's schedule, you would assume Brodeur will start at least one of those, in what could be the final start as a Devil for the legendary netminder.
