PHOTO: Phil Kessel is 1 of Santa's elves
Toronto Maple Leafs forward Phil Kessel is reportedly dealing with multiple injuries, but that isn't stopping him from getting into the holiday spirit.
On first glance, this Instagram post by Maple Leafs captain Dion Phaneuf is simply a picture of Phaneuf and Kessel wearing ugly holiday sweaters. Upon closer inspection, it's so much more.
That's Kessel, on the right, wearing his trademark black toque along with a shirt you might find on one of Santa's elves.
It's the only thing that could have possibly upstaged Phaneuf's mustache.
