Corey Perry says Ducks prepared to play 'boring road game'
If you're on the East coast, weighing pros and cons associated with sacrificing sleep to take in Game 3 between the Anaheim Ducks and Calgary Flames, chalk this up under "con".
Ducks star Corey Perry, who has commanded this postseason with an iron fist - leading the league with 2.17 points per game - has plans to dull it down Tuesday night.
"It's going to be a hostile environment. It's going to be loud. It's going to be crazy. The fans are going to be nuts," Perry told the LA Times. "We know what we have to do — we have to play a boring road game."
Like Perry, the Anaheim Ducks' entire roster have done as they please in the tournament.
They've been thoroughly dominant, authoring an unblemished 6-0 record and have provided no indication their rule over the competition will be compromised.
So in short, maybe don't bet against a stinker.
