Kris Letang was briefly injured in his first game back from another ailment.
The Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman was on the receiving end of a headshot by Minnesota Wild forward Jarret Stoll early in the third period of Saturday's game:
Letang went to the dressing room but returned midway through the third period and played five more shifts.
Stoll received a minor penalty for an illegal check to the head, and although the Penguins failed to capitalize on the power play, they defeated the Wild 3-1.
Letang missed six games with an upper-body injury before returning Saturday.
