Day still favored to repeat in suspended PGA Championship

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Jason Day didn't hit a shot on Saturday, but remains the betting favorite to capture his second straight PGA Championship.

The Australian sits two strokes back of Robert Streb and Jimmy Walker, and is listed as the 9-4 favorite to hoist the Wanamaker Trophy for a second time when play finally resumes at Baltusrol.

British Open champion Henrik Stenson is three shots back, but is listed at 4-1 to win his second straight major, while co-leaders Walker and Streb come in at 7-1 and 10-1 respectively.

Player Odds Score to par
Jason Day 9-4 -7
Henrik Stenson 4-1 -6
Jimmy Walker 7-1 -9
Robert Streb 10-1 -9
FIELD 12-1 N/A
Emiliano Grillo 15-1 -7
Patrick Reed 15-1 -5
Martin Kaymer 15-1 -5
Brooks Koepka 20-1 -5
Jordan Spieth 20-1 -3
Rickie Fowler 20-1 -4

A intriguing pick on the board is Brooks Koepka at 20-1. When play finally resumes around the rain-soaked Lower Course at Baltusrol, the long-hitting Koepka should have an advantage over most of the players with his driving distance.

Adam Scott is six shots off the pace at 3-under, but represents great value at 60-1. The 2013 Masters champion is 11th on tour in fourth-round scoring average, and should have no problem firing at flags on a soggy layout.
