After bogeying the par-3 17th, Thorbjorn Olesen dropped out of the solo lead and sat tied with four other players at 3-under par Thursday at the PGA Championship.
The Danish standout made sure that tie didn't last long, as he poured in a 27-footer for birdie on his closing hole to grab the clubhouse lead with a 4-under-par 67.
With the Quail Hollow layout firming up over the course of the afternoon, it wouldn't be shocking to see Olesen remain atop the leaderboard overnight.
