Tom Kim goes after ball in creek, hilarity ensues at Oak Hill
Tom Kim burst onto the scene last season with his electric performance at the Presidents Cup, winning him a ton of new fans around the golf world.
The 20-year-old was once again thrilling the crowds at the PGA Championship on Thursday, although it came for entirely different reasons.
Kim's tee shot on the sixth hole, his 15th of the day, found water, and it appears his venture in after the ball backfired drastically. The South Korean fell in the mud alongside the creek, emerging with the resemblance of some sort of swamp monster rather than a professional golfer.

Kim then disappeared from view on the broadcast, only to pop up seconds later, having clearly taken a bit of a bath in the water to wash the mud off.

The whole sequence happened as ESPN was going to break, but the broadcast decided to stick with the drama as music played underneath.
SVP was sending ESPN to commercial and instead they stayed on for another five minutes to watch Tom Kim dig himself out of the marsh.

Amazing
This prompted another humorous moment when Kim's caddie, Joe Skovron, clearly noticed they were on camera as his player was in the middle of a shirt change.

Kim would go on to make bogey on the hole and play his last three with his pants rolled up, resembling knickers.
Perhaps the best part of the whole scene was when Kim finished his round, opened his phone, and found out he had gone viral for the entire ordeal.

He currently sits 3-over for the championship, well back of the lead, but is a true champion for how he handled the situation.
