Golf is squandering its connection to fans with lack of PGA TOUR-LIV resolution
It's been almost a year since PGA TOUR commissioner Jay Monahan sat on a CNBC television set with Saudi PIF chairman Yasir Al-Rumayyan and announced a framework agreement of a partnership deal between the two tours.
