Internationals send out all-Canadian duo in Day 2 matches

The matches are set for Friday at the Presidents Cup as the International team looks to climb out of a massive 5-0 hole after an American sweep on Day 1.

The formidable team of Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay will kick things off for the Americans and will face Hideki Matsuyama and Sungjae Im at 1:05 p.m ET.

The headline match from a local perspective is certainly the fourth one of the day, as the all-Canadian duo of Mackenzie Hughes and Corey Conners will go up against Wyndham Clark and Tony Finau.

Here's the full list of matches for Friday at Royal Montreal.

Match 1: Hideki Matsuyama/Sungjae Im vs. Xander Schauffele/Patrick Cantlay
Match 2: Adam Scott/Taylor Pendrith vs. Sahith Theegala/Collin Morikawa
Match 3: Christiaan Bezuidenhout/Jason Day vs. Max Homa/Brian Harman
Match 4: Corey Conners/Mackenzie Hughes vs. Wyndham Clark/Tony Finau
Match 5: Si Woo Ki/Byeong Hun An vs. Scottie Scheffler/Russell Henley

The hosts have been dominated in the foursomes format since 2007. The margin over that time period is a whopping plus-33 for the Americans, according to Justin Ray of the Twenty First Group.
