Larocque will miss Saturday's game against Ottawa as Toronto seeks its 12th straight victory. The matchup is also Toronto's last contest until April 18, as the PWHL breaks for the IIHF Women's World Championship.
The 35-year-old has eight points in 18 games this season. Her 28:19 of ice time per game ranks second in the PWHL.
The latest discipline is the league's third suspension of the campaign. The PWHL suspended Boston's Taylor Wenczkowski and Toronto's Brittany Howard each one game earlier in the campaign.
PWHL senior vice president of hockey operations Jayna Hefford chairs the league's Player Safety Committee, which also includes PWHL special advisor Cassie Campbell-Pascall, NHL and AHL on-ice official Katie Guay, longtime NHL executive Mike Murphy, and NHL Department of Player Safety member Matt McMahon.
