Poulin returns to Canada's lineup for quarterfinals vs. Germany
Team Canada captain Marie-Philip Poulin returned to the lineup for Saturday's Olympic quarterfinal against Germany after missing the last two games with a lower-body injury.
Poulin is skating on Canada's top line between Daryl Watts and Sarah Fillier.

However, head coach Troy Ryan said Poulin's minutes will be managed.
"It's not that we have to be overly cautious, but just easing her back in is really important," Ryan said before the game, per TSN's Claire Hanna. "I gotta take the feedback that she provides me. She's agreed to be open and just have discussions on the bench when need be."
Poulin suffered the injury while taking a hit against Czechia in the preliminary round. She didn't suit up for Canada's loss to the United States or the team's win over Finland to close out the round robin.
The 34-year-old has recorded one assist in two appearances at Milan Cortina 2026. She's tallied 17 goals in her Olympic career, one shy of tying Hayley Wickenheiser for the all-time record.
