The Atlanta Braves signed right-hander Reynaldo López to a three-year, $30-million contract, the club announced Saturday.

Atlanta also inked reliever Aaron Bummer to a two-year, $13-million deal.

López will make $8 million in 2025, $14 million in 2026, and $8 million in 2027 after originally signing a three-year extension in November 2023 that included a 2027 team option.

The 30-year-old is coming off a career season, amassing a sparkling 1.99 ERA with 1.11 WHIP and 148 strikeouts over 135 2/3 innings (25 starts).

Meanwhile, Bummer had a pair of club options for the next two years but will now receive $3.5 million in 2025 and $9.5 million during the 2026 campaign.

The 31-year-old left-hander authored a 3.58 ERA, 2.23 FIP, and 11.2 K/9 over 56 appearances in 2024.

The new contracts give Atlanta an extra $6.7 million for its payroll next season.
