Dariush-Moicano added to UFC 311 card
A lightweight bout between Beneil Dariush and Renato Moicano has been added to the UFC 311 card Jan. 18 in Los Angeles, the company announced Thursday.
Dariush is the No. 9-ranked lightweight while Moicano is 10th on the divisional rankings.
Moicano is riding a four-fight winning streak, and his most recent victory came on a Fight Night card in September when he beat Benoit Saint Denis by TKO.
Meanwhile, Dariush has not won since October 2022 when he defeated Mateusz Gamrot. Since then, he's dropped fights to Charles Oliveira via TKO and Arman Tsarukyan by KO.
Other fights on the card include a lightweight title rematch with Tsarukyan and Islam Makhachev in the main event and a bantamweight championship match between Merab Dvalishvili and Umar Nurmagomedov.
