Orlando Magic center Moe Wagner will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL in his left knee, the team announced Sunday.

Wagner suffered the injury in the opening quarter Saturday versus the Miami Heat, going down before the Magic pulled off a 22-point comeback in the fourth quarter.

The German was having a career season before sustaining the knee injury, averaging 12.9 points and 4.9 rebounds while shooting 36% from deep. He ranked second in the NBA in points off the bench (372) and 15th in field-goal percentage (56.2%).

The Magic hold an $11-million team option on Wagner for the 2025-26 season.

Wagner joins a growing list of injured Magic. His brother, Franz Wagner, is expected to miss at least two more weeks after suffering a torn oblique, and former All-Star Paolo Banchero has appeared in only five contests this season after also sustaining a torn oblique muscle.

The Magic are 18-12 and sit fourth in the Eastern Conference. They're set to play the Boston Celtics on Monday.
