Pastrnak sustains upper-body injury vs. Capitals

David Pastrnak didn't return to the Boston Bruins' 4-1 win against the Washington Capitals due to an upper-body injury.
Pastrnak played nine minutes before exiting midway through the second period.
Bruins interim head coach Joe Sacco didn't have an update on Pastrnak's status postgame, according to Boston Globe's Conor Ryan.
Pastrnak has 12 goals and leads Boston with 35 points in 36 games. The 28-year-old is a four-time 40-goal scorer and tallied a career-best 61 markers in 2022-23.
The Bruins are 19-13-4 with 42 points and are third in the Atlantic Division.
