Keenan Allen's contract with the Chicago Bears expires at the end of the 2024 season, and the 32-year-old hasn't decided yet if he'll extend his career. But if he does stick around for at least one more year in the NFL, the veteran wideout said he's only open to signing with three teams in free agency.

Allen revealed Friday that he'll either be in Chicago or Los Angeles if he plays in 2025, according to the Chicago Sun-Times' Patrick Finley.

The six-time Pro Bowler - who spent 11 seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers before joining Chicago - left the door open for a potential Chargers reunion while adding that playing for the Los Angeles Rams is also a possibility if he returns to L.A., notes Finley.

Allen's family stayed at their home in Southern California after the pass-catcher joined the Bears, but he said he would consider moving them to the Chicago area if he re-signs with the franchise.

"I have to talk it over with the wife and the kids to see what they want to do," he added.

Allen described Chicago as a "top-notch" city but said his potential decision to stay with the Bears will be affected by whoever the franchise hires as the next head coach. Allen said he wants a new coach with experience.

Allen ranks second in Chargers history after catching 904 passes and 10,530 yards in 139 appearances with the franchise from 2013-23.

The Bears, who traded for Allen during the 2024 offseason, have posted a disappointing 4-12 record in their first campaign with rookie quarterback Caleb Williams. Chicago fired coach Matt Eberflus in November.

Allen has recorded 67 receptions, 719 yards, and seven TDs in 2024.
