The Las Vegas Aces extended a core qualifying offer to unrestricted free-agent guard Kelsey Plum, the WNBA announced Saturday.

The designation means Plum is ineligible to negotiate with other WNBA teams unless she receives permission from the Aces, and she'll receive a one-year, supermax contract valued at roughly $250,000.

Plum is still able to request a trade under the designation.

Plum made $200,000 last season as the Aces reached the postseason with a 27-13 record. She averaged 17.8 points and 4.2 assists while shooting 42.3% from the field and 36.8% from three.

The 30-year-old is a three-time All-Star and has won two titles with the Aces. She has spent her entire career with the organization, which selected her first overall in the 2017 draft, when the team was the San Antonio Stars.

The Aces don't have a first-round pick in 2025 after the WNBA found Las Vegas violated the league's rules regarding impermissible player benefits.
