Team Canada defenseman Josh Morrissey was not in the lineup for the 4 Nations Face-Off title game Thursday night against the United States because of an illness.

Thomas Harley entered the lineup in his place. He played on the team's third pair with Drew Doughty, while Travis Sanheim moved up to take Morrissey's spot alongside Colton Parayko. The top pair of Devon Toews and Cale Makar remained intact.

Morrissey posted a plus-1 rating in three games in the tournament while logging 21:23 per contest - the third-most among Canadian skaters.

Harley joined Team Canada late after Shea Theodore was injured in the tournament opener and Makar missed the last meeting against the U.S. with an illness. Harley, a Dallas Stars defender, was minus-1 in 18:17 in that game - his lone appearance in the tournament.

Canada's only other lineup change from its previous game came up front with Seth Jarvis replacing Travis Konecny on the fourth line alongside Sam Bennett and Brad Marchand.
