Report: Commanders add Kinlaw on 3-year, $45M contract

The Washington Commanders are signing defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw to a three-year, $45-million contract that contains $30 million guaranteed, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
A first-round pick of the San Francisco 49ers in 2020, Kinlaw had a breakout campaign last season with the New York Jets as he registered a career-high 4.5 sacks.
Kinlaw also started 17 games in 2024, the first time he's started every contest in a season.
The 27-year-old has totaled 9.5 sacks and two forced fumbles across 45 career starts.
