The Buffalo Bills are signing wide receiver Josh Palmer to a three-year, $36-million deal with $18 million guaranteed, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Palmer posted 584 yards and a touchdown on 39 receptions in 2024. His best season came in 2022 when he recorded 72 receptions, 769 yards, and three scores.

The 25-year-old speedster joins a wide receiver room that includes Khalil Shakir and Keon Coleman, among others.

Palmer, a 2021 third-rounder, has 182 career receptions for 2,287 yards and 10 touchdowns.
