The Denver Broncos and wide receiver Courtland Sutton have agreed to a four-year, $92-million extension, sources told the NFL Network Insiders.

Sutton's extension includes $41 million guaranteed, Chris Tomasson of the Denver Gazette reports.

Broncos head coach Sean Payton said earlier Monday that the two sides were "real close" to a new deal, according to Andrew Mason of Denver Sports 104.3.

Sutton was entering the final year of his contract before signing his extension.

The 29-year-old has been Denver's leading receiver in each of the last two years and three of the past four campaigns.

He caught a career-high 81 passes last season and put up 1,081 receiving yards and eight touchdowns.

He has one Pro Bowl selection to his name, which came after a career-high 1,112-yard campaign in 2019.

The Broncos made the playoffs with a 10-7 record in 2024, their first season with quarterback Bo Nix under center.
