Amari Cooper's reunion with the Raiders will be short-lived.

The five-time Pro Bowler told the franchise that he doesn't have the desire to play and plans to retire, sources told NFL Network's "The Insiders." Cooper signed a one-year deal with Las Vegas on Aug. 26.

The 31-year-old struggled to ramp up for the regular season, reports NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

Cooper, who was drafted fourth overall by the Raiders in 2015, spent the first three-plus years of his career with the franchise before being traded to the Dallas Cowboys during the 2018 regular season.

He played the 2024 season with the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills, recording 44 catches for 547 yards and four touchdowns.

Cooper made the last of his four Pro Bowls two seasons ago when he caught 72 passes for a career-high 1,250 yards as a member of the Browns.

The veteran ends his 10-year playing career with 711 receptions, 10,033 yards, and 64 touchdowns.
