English teens Rashford, Alli highlight Europa League Team of the Week
Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford and Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli were both named to UEFA's Europa League Team of the Week after guiding their sides to the round of 16 with stellar midweek performances.
From the shadows of obscurity to the plaudits of continental successes, Rashford scored twice in his senior team debut to help the Red Devils bludgeon Danes Midtjylland 5-1 on Thursday at Old Trafford.
Selected to start when blockbuster summer signing Anthony Martial was injured during warmups, Rashford's debut was the stuff of legend.

Alli, 19, was his typically dominant self, dictating the cadence of the match from a central position despite picking up a third yellow card that will see him miss the first leg of a round of 16 tilt with Borussia Dortmund. Spurs centre-half Toby Alderweireld joins Alli on the list.

Completing the team are Shakhtar Donetsk's Yaroslav Rakitskiy, Sparta Prague's Ondrej Zahustel, FC Basel's two-goal Luca Zuffi, Shakhtar's Marlos, Bayer Leverkusen's Karim Bellarabi and Anderlecht midfielder Frank Acheampong.
