UConn is off to its 16th Final Four in 17 years and 24th overall under Geno Auriemma after Monday's 78-64 Elite Eight victory over USC.

The Hall of Famer is the all-time winningest coach in NCAA history but even he can't fully comprehend the Huskies' continuous postseason success.

"There's Disneyland, there's Disney World, and then there's UConn World," Auriemma told reporters postgame, including ESPN's Alexa Philippou. "These are fantasy numbers that make no sense. You couldn't predict this and you couldn't script this at all."

UConn steamrolled its way to the national semifinal, winning its four NCAA Tournament games by an average of 35 points. The Huskies have been dominant on both sides of the ball, making 51.3% of their field goals and limiting opponents to 30.7% shooting.

Paige Bueckers has been front and center during the Huskies' latest tourney run, tallying 29 points, 3.8 assists, 3.3 boards, 3.3 steals, and 1.5 blocks per contest. She registered a career-high 40 points in the school's Sweet 16 victory over Oklahoma.

However, UConn hasn't won a national title since 2016.

Auriemma hopes he can end that championship drought and send Bueckers out on top next weekend.

"At this time, you know it's coming to an end, and it's going to end whether you want it to or not," Auriemma said. "You just want to make it the best weekend of her career at UConn, and it's my job to help her do that."
