Minnesota Lynx head coach Cheryl Reeve confronted Connecticut Sun players near their locker room following her club's Game 1 defeat Sunday, sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania and Ben Pickman.
The reigning Coach and Executive of the Year reportedly objected to the way Connecticut celebrated winning the first game of the semifinal series.
Reeve "ran up" on Sun players, a source told Charania and Pickman, prompting arena security to step in.
The WNBA is reportedly aware of the situation. Neither team has commented on the matter.
Minnesota leads the best-of-five series 2-1 following Friday's 90-81 win over Connecticut.
