Giants' minor-league affiliate tries to recruit Brady to baseball
While Tom Brady seems to have found his new role as quarterback for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a minor-league baseball team is making a last-minute push to recruit him.

The Augusta GreenJackets - the Single-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants in the South Atlantic League - put together a mock-up of what Brady's No. 12 jersey would look like if he was on the team.
The GreenJackets might be too late, though. As of Tuesday evening, Brady - who's only played for the New England Patriots in his NFL career - reportedly has a deal in place to join the Bucs that will pay the 14-time Pro-Bowler $30 million per year.
If Brady did join the GreenJackets, he would follow in the footsteps of former NFL quarterback and teammate Tim Tebow, who signed a deal with the New York Mets and played with the Columbia Fireflies - a rival of the GreenJackets in the South Atlantic League.
